The brushed galvanized finish allows it to be used outdoors as well as indoors but c should be taken to protect it from wet weather for longevity. The steel finish is not recommended for outdoor use as it may develop small surface rust spots in the grooves and joints. Slight surface markings characteristic of this stool and help to make each chair unique. The legs have protective rubber feet that prevent damage to flooring.
